"I am making The Commitment for my children, because they deserve a future. Without drastic climate action, their outlook, and the hope for their children, is increasingly bleak."

"I’m of a generation who has seen government commitment affect real ecological and public health change; lead in petrol, CFC gases in pressurised cans to save the ozone, the move to aluminium, the protection of dolphins from over fishing. This crisis requires an equal to those success stories, we need leaders who can see us through this transition the way leaders of the past did."

"Action to genuinely mitigate climate change must be at the heart of the manifesto of any political party I will consider giving my vote to. No more bluster. No more deception."

"Because we need to make a difference NOW. I think The Commitment is a great way to spread awareness and gain attention from MPs. We need to make changes now before it’s too late."
